* No international shipping available.

* Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days.

If you would like to order a photographic print and its not in stock, please allow

approximately 4 weeks for this to be processed and then delivered. We will do our best to

get it to you as soon as possible but it is all dependant on the printing process. We use a

local Australian Company for all our Printing and framing.

We do hope that you will be satisfied with your Norfolk & Co purchase but we do

understand that there are times when you may wish to return an item.

If you wish to return an item please pop in and see us or contact us by phone or email

within 7 days of receiving/purchasing goods and we will offer you an exchange or credit

note. We only offer payment refunds on goods if they are faulty or damaged.

Goods must be returned within 7 days from purchase date.

* Goods must be in the original condition from when you purchased, including tags

attached and in original packaging.

* Proof of purchase must be provided eg receipt

* Returns may be done in store or posted back to Norfolk & Co, Shop 2/141 Belinda St

Gerringong 2534. If posting back to store we would like to receive within 14 days.

* We do not cover the shipping cost of returns for change of mind. If the item is faulty or

damaged we will cover the shipping cost.

* Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for pierced jewellery and swimwear unless

faulty or damaged.

* Please note, there are no exchanges, credit notes or refunds on Sale items.

Due to the nature of ceramics and other handmade pieces please note that their might be

some slight variations in colour, finish, shape etc. This is the end result of a handmade

item and what makes it unique and this is not considered faulty or damaged.
